Nurse Practitioner (3-4 hrs weekly) (Clarksville, TN)
Nurse Practitioner Certification from an accredited college/university. Must be currently state licensed as a Registered Nurse. Medication/Case Management experience required. Should have continuing education as required for the state licensure/certification as recommended by state or national professional association with a minimum of one year experience in chemical dependency treatment.
